Refund And Exchange Policy
1. To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when they were received, including the original packaging (if applicable), within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.
2. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve processed it. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 6 business days. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
3. For exchanges, you will receive an email once we’ve received the returned item. We will also send you tracking information for the exchanged item.
4. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Shipping fees paid when receiving the item are non-refundable. For returns over $75, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible if the item is lost in transit. Delivery times for exchanges may vary based on your location.
